Statement From The Defactor Association

To the Defactor Community,

It has come to our attention that ConsolFreight has had an issue with one of their clients per their statement here.

If ConsolFreight were to fully default, the maximum financial exposure to the Defactor project is USDC 286,279.05.

The Defactor Association uses a limited portion of its available funds in order to test our technology and processes. Defactor is engaging all available resources to recover these funds, however the maximum exposure represents a small percentage of our total treasury and does not pose a material risk to the ongoing activities of Defactor.

We would like to assure our community that we take this matter very seriously, and are working with all associated parties, including ConsolFreight, to ensure this matter is resolved.
