Brian is not only equipped with qualifications in business and law but also holds expertise across various domains including accounting, treasury, and quantitative finance.

Stephen Browne

Board Member | Community & Governance

Stephen, an experienced legal professional and entrepreneur, brings his passion for blockchain to Defactor. His background as a barrister in Ireland and General Counsel for Hong Kong’s first unicorn, along with co-founding Sors Digital Assets, a Web 3.0 financial services platform for digital assets, gives him expertise in regulated services such as Security Token Offerings and digital wallets. Stephen’s extensive business network in Asia and globally strengthens Defactor’s reach and fosters valuable partnerships. He holds distinguished degrees from Trinity College Dublin, King’s Inns Dublin, and a certificate from University College Dublin, reflecting his dedication to continuous learning and excellence.
